I launched Swiping Right, a podcast diving into Vietnam's online dating scene—a fresh and edgy topic at the time. Inspired by shows like Openminded and Why Won't You Date Me?, I mixed my own dating stories with tips for safe, fun experiences, tackling taboo subjects like hookup culture and ghosting in a friendly, relatable way.

Results:

Grew my skills in content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Built a loyal following by breaking new ground in a niche no one else was touching.
Turned complex ideas into easy, engaging audio—perfect for marketing content.

The Gaius

Brand Strategist

I helped The Gaius, a new Hanoi fashion brand, break through a crowded market with a limited budget. I researched their audience, met the founders, and crafted a brand story: "artists who live for the night," aimed at urban youth (16–30). I scored free national TV exposure by getting rapper Wrxdie to wear their Intoxique shirt on King of Rap.

Results:

Boosted visibility and sales with a smart celebrity endorsement.
Created buzz by highlighting their unique, high-quality products.
Made a struggling brand a name young trendsetters noticed.

Cetaphil Staycation Campaign

At ZEE agency in Vietnam, I worked on the Cetaphil Staycation campaign during the 2021 lockdown. Cetaphil's Gentle Cleanser faced counterfeit issues and myths (e.g., "not for oily skin"). I wrote captions and scripts for YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, debunking myths with dermatologist influencers. I also managed influencer relationships, handled logistics, and supported content production.

Results:

Cleared up misconceptions, boosting trust in the brand.
Kept the campaign on track during a tough time, reaching online audiences.
Delivered clear, brand-aligned content that clicked with consumers.

Simple is Simple Campaign

I helped Unilever's Simple brand tackle competition and counterfeit products in Vietnam. Our goal was to raise awareness of Simple cleansers for all skin types and drive e-commerce sales. I supported an integrated campaign on Facebook using influencers, reviews, and giveaways. We pitched "Skinfasting"—a simple, 3-step skincare routine tied to Simple's products.

Results:

Hit all KPIs, landing Simple as a top 3 Shopee Mall cleanser.
Ranked high on Buzzmetrics: Top 2 (Oct), Top 7 (Nov), Top 8 (Dec), and #1 in skincare for 2021.
Grew sales and awareness with a clear, catchy idea.
